Have you ever noticed that during the day you are perfectly fine. You eat your protein, eat your meals but then night time comes and you’re crashing. Wanting that cookie you haven’t been able to stop thinking about or the uneaten candy from Halloween still hidden in your cabinet? The answer to that is simple :

YOU ARE STARVING YOUR METABOLISM

The more you restrict the slower your metabolism becomes and it makes it imposible to lose weight even if you’re calories are super low. EATING WITHOUT STRATEGY will have you falling short in your nutrients. That is why I preach MACROS over CALORIES. 1600 calories with high fat high carb low protein will have you craving and feeling hungry. As to where 1600 calories high protein high carb balanced fats will have you feeling full and satisfied all day long. 

YOUR BODY ISN’T BROKEN IT JUST NEEDS THE RIGHT FUEL 

Do not restrict certain foods that will have you wanting to eat it all at the end of the day. Having balanced meals and not labeling foods as GOOD OR BAD will help you not only physically but Mentally as well.
