Lets do more sessions NOT longer ones
Do you want to increase your cardio time? then add more cardio sessions instead of more cardio in one session. Does that make sense? Let me break it down:
Goal is 120 min of cardio do:
30 min liss sessions 4x instead of 60 min less sessions 2x
BUT COACH I JUST WANT TO GET IT OVER WITH
Look I HEAR you, But youll benefit more from distributing it out on extra sessions through out the weak than just doing a lump sum at a time.
