Want to learn the right way to do cardio

Cardio should be fun but it should also be effective. More times than not we over train doing cardio thinking that it will give us the body we want but that's not always true.

Lets do more sessions NOT longer ones

Do you want to increase your cardio time? then add more cardio sessions instead of more cardio in one session. Does that make sense? Let me break it down:

Goal is 120 min of cardio do:

30 min liss sessions 4x instead of 60 min less sessions 2x

BUT COACH I JUST WANT TO GET IT OVER WITH

Look I HEAR you, But youll benefit more from distributing it out on extra sessions through out the weak than just doing a lump sum at a time.

When you do cardio before strength training you are setting yourself up for failure. I am not talking about the good kind we all want, but the bad one we want to avoid. You deplete your glycogen stores and it leaves you with no gas for the real stuff. By changing this little thing you are already vamping up your body to achieve the body composition you want.
