I feel like now that I have you as my coach, even though I had already made some changes to my lifestyle health wise, I didn’t know the extent of how much more I actually needed to change. I’m really happy to have a coach that is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and that she cares so much about my own goals as well. And Im proud of myself for finally stepping out of my comfort zone and asking for help!

I have worked with Bianca since February. She is more than just another fitness coach, she is your accountability partner, your mentor and most importantly a friend. She is there for you during your good weeks and during your worst weeks. Bianca takes her time to not only coach but to teach, always making time for you to understand the why. She is dedicated to her clients and never makes them feel alone in their journey. Since working with her I have seen my body change and recomp. But for me the most significant changes have been with my mindset and my chronic pain. When I started with her I focused more on how I look and what I can’t do. Now I am more concerned with how much I can accomplish with my body and how I feel doing it. My chronic pain has gone down tremendously and now I can do anything I set my mind to, whether that is starting back at work or going on long hikes with my friends. I feel accomplished and satisfied. The best part is on a normal day my chronic pain has gone down to next to none. Bianca has changed my life and has brought back my confidence and a positive outlook for my future. She truly is a miracle worker, and I would recommend her to everyone. I absolutely love being here 💖

For the first time after 8 years I can say i’m not afraid to hide behind clothes. This journey has been a personal comeback. My proudest accomplishment was not quitting and always pushing whether it was mentally or physically. Working with Coach B has been an amazing experience because not only is she my Coach but she is also my friend who truly listens to everything from personal to fitness. This journey has made me stronger and it’s honestly a lifestyle now.
