I grew up playing soccer and dreamed of joining the Marine Corps, where I served 8.5 years and learned the value of resilience and discipline. Fitness has always been both a challenge and a passion for me, even as I balanced struggles with weight standards and later becoming a wife and mom of two. After leaving the Marines, I pursued bodybuilding, became a certified personal trainer, and earned additional certifications in women’s fitness, health, and nutrition, alongside a B.A. in psychology. I’m now working toward my master’s in Sports Performance Psychology while helping others achieve their goals with a coaching style that is patient, steady, and informative. Today, I live in Southern California with my husband, two kids, and our dog, Elsa, where fitness is not just my lifestyle, but something I love sharing with my family and clients.
